Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment or service. Rescheduling Policy: Any requests to reschedule must also be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellation Fee: If a cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, a fee of $140.00 will be charged. This policy ensures that the service provider has adequate notice to fill the appointment slot if it becomes available due to cancellation, and also protects the provider from lost revenue in the event of short-notice cancellations.
